Thank you for choosing SC Beelive Design SRL. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, you have the right to do so within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.

2. Return Conditions
• The product must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging and accessories.
• Returns will not be accepted for items showing wear, damage, or signs of use.
• The customer bears the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by SC Beelive Design SRL.

2. Conditions for accepting returns
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, along with the original packaging and accessories.
• Returns of products that show signs of wear, damage or use are not accepted.
• The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or defective.
• Refunds will only be made after the returned product reaches the manufacturer (SC Beelive Design SRL) and is checked.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Return
According to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
• Handmade or custom-made items (engraved, painted, or made to specific dimensions);
• Products created on special order (color, finish, or material chosen by the client).

According to art. 16 letter c) of GEO 34/2014, the right of return does not apply to:
• Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized;
• Handmade or custom-made items (engraved, painted, specially sized);
• Products created at the express request of the client (customized color, finish, material).

4. Return Procedure
1️⃣ Send your return request by e-mail.
2️⃣ Carefully pack the product and ship it to the address provided by our representative.
3️⃣ Once the returned product reaches the manufacturer and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the bank account you indicate.
