1. General Information

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed through www.ancafetcu.ro

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

We currently ship worldwide from Romania using UPS as our logistics partner.
All orders are handled and packed with care to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a UPS tracking link.

Note: Processing times may be extended during seasonal peaks, promotional periods, or due to force majeure events.

4. Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

Delivery time and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The delivery address

  • The total weight and dimensions of the order

  • The shipping method selected (Standard or Express, where available)

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — details will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees, which are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot predict or influence these costs.
UPS or your local customs office may contact you to arrange payment before delivery.

Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund minus original shipping and return costs.

6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can also track your parcel directly on the UPS website: https://www.ups.com/track

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. UPS may make several delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,

  • refusal to pay customs or import fees, or

  • failed delivery attempts,

you may choose to have the parcel resent (shipping fees will apply again) or to receive a refund minus original shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at anca@ancafetcu.ro and include:

  • your order number,

  • photos of the packaging and damaged items. 

  • please keep the original damaged package. In the case of damage claims, an inspection can be carried out and the damaged package can be picked up from the customer.

We will assist you in filing a claim with UPS and replace or refund the affected products as soon as possible.

For lost packages, we will open an investigation with UPS. Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

When you place an order, we collect and share your personal data (name, address, phone number, email) with UPS solely for the purpose of shipping and delivery.
UPS acts as a data processor under GDPR, and your data will only be used to fulfill your order.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Customer Rights

You have the right to:

  • receive clear information about delivery before purchase;

  • withdraw from the sale within 14 days of receiving the goods (as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU);

  • request assistance if delivery issues occur.
